Connection was born from the idea of professional barmen who, after years of activity in the sector, saw the possibility of creating a product that could improve the management of bar, reduce waste, increase the speed and quality of service.

Thought and designed therefore by operators in the sector for the best possible simplicity and practicality.

You can manage recipes and ingredients, view the usage statistics, which allow a control instant on cocktails delivered per day, for type and actual consumption of ingredients.

Thanks to the app in wi-fi connection it’s possible check, using the administrator password, the different functionalities, among the most important that of verifying the real income by number of cocktails / bottles (cocktails offered or consumed by personnel, waste).

“EXTERNAL” item: when we attribute the “EXTERNAL” characteristic to an ingredient, we are telling to “Connection” that that particular ingredient is not physically present in the machine, but it is “EXTERNAL”.

Esempio: Cocktail Americano
Campari bitter, Vermouth rosso e Soda Water (impostato come external).

CONNECTION erogherà la giusta dose di Campari e di Vermouth,
lasciando lo spazio necessario per la dose mancante di Soda Water
che verrà aggiunta dal barman.

Questa funzione aumenta notevolmente il numero di cocktail erogabili
e permette di inserire in CONNECTION gli ingredienti di maggior valore
(alcolici e super alcolici) e gestire manualmente gli ingredienti
di minor valore (succhi, sode, ecc.) come “EXTERNAL”.
